Invoices, quotations and orders

E-conomic’s online invoicing set-up gives you the opportunity to save time and money by being able to send invoices, orders and/or quotations to your customers by e-mail at the same time.

In the E-conomic system, you can automatically match your invoices to corresponding payments received.

Furthermore, overdue customer invoices can be brought to your attention and, in turn, you can send your customers reminders by print or email. You can even attach copies of the overdue invoices to your customer reminders to provide them with their complete billing info.

Customers and products

In E-conomic, you can create an unlimited number of customers and products. By using E-conomic’s import functionality, you can quickly introduce these lists to the system when you first start and update them easily over time.

Invoice design and layout

The E-conomic system lets you decide how you want your company’s documents – e.g. invoices, order confirmations, and quotations – should be structured.

To design your documents in E-conomic, you can either use one of the E-conomic templates provided, or design your own order confirmations, invoices, quotations, credit notes and reminders from scratch using our design and layout editor.

You can also use one of the E-conomic templates provided and then modify it as you see fit – e.g. add your company-specific information, colours and logo, or you can create new templates altogether.
