The Ibistic Invoice system is fully integrated with your e-conomic supplier management and accounts and can easily provide OCR scanning.Ibistic provides scanning, interpretation and validation of supplier invoices and can create EAN numbers, thus allowing you to receive e-invoices from your suppliers quickly and easily.
Documents always close at hand
Your accountant no longer needs to receive the paper files by post for the annual audit.Documents are directly linked to the individual entries, so you can always retrieve the documents on screen from a ledger card or an entries list and print it out or e-mail it to others.
Scan now, book later
You decide when you want to scan in your documents. The documents don't need to be scanned in at the same time as you book the entries in e-conomic.You can scan the documents at one point in time to ensure they are secured in e-conomic's document archive, then link them to your entries at a different point in time.
Electronic document archive
You can store all types of vouchers and documents in e-conomic's electronic voucher archive.You can archive and categorise vouchers and documents, such as contracts, statements of account or correspondence from the tax authorities.
