The Scanning module costs £ 4.50/month in addition to the ordinary subscription fee, and you can then scan an infinite number of documents.
How can I order the Scanning module?
You have the possibility to activate the Scanning module yourself when you are logged on to E-conomic. In e-copedia, you can learn
how to activate the module. If you haven't ordered E-conomic as of yet, the Scanning module can be added when you order.
What type of scanner do I need to use with the Scanning module?
The Scanning module works with any type of scanner. Firstly, you send all the documents to your e-mail address. Then you can either store the documents on your hard disk and send them to E-conomic via your e-mail account, or in the situation where you have a more advanced scanner, you can send them directly to your E-conomic inbox from your scanner.
How do I upload those documents that I have scanned?
They are sent as an attachment to the e-mail address you provided upon ordering the module.
Can I print scanned documents?
Yes, you can print scanned documents, and you can furthermore export them to your e-mail. If you export scanned vouchers and the vouchers are linked to an entry, the accounting year and the voucher number will also be added to the vouchers.
For how long does E-conomic store these scanned documents?
The documents are stored for as long as you are subscribed to E-conomic.
Which formats are supported by the Scanning module?
PDF, JPG, and TIFF are all supported by the Scanning module.
Can I send as many documents as I like?
You may send as many documents as you wish, however there is a maximum limit on each e-mail of 10MB.

No, this is a simple scanning module in which you have to link the vouchers manually. If you prefer
