E-conomic's Stock management add-on module is developed for small and medium-sized businesses and is fully integrated with the General Ledger, Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable and Sales modules in e-conomic.

The module registers all product movements, so you can track individual items from purchase to sale and keep control of the company's stocks.

Product and variant management

In the product list, you can set up an unlimited number of item numbers with product descriptions in an unlimited number of languages.

You can work with 3 different types of product - products, services and collective lists.

Each product can have up to two user-defined variants, for instance size and colour, and an easy-to-use matrix window keeps you updated on the stock level of each type.

Prices and discounts

The module enables you to create specific prices and price lists for all your customers, large or small, domestic or foreign.

You can create price lists in foreign currencies and apply various discount types such as discount percentages, volume discounts or fixed prices.

Location management

If you have a number of warehouses around the country, you can subdivide products by location.

There are no limitations to the number of locations and you can obtain an overview of where the products are located at any time.

Predefined templates

Included in the module are predefined templates for product orders, delivery notes and packing notes, which you can adapt to your company.
