E-conomic administrators are external accountants/bookkeepers who you can allow access to view and edit your company’s data in E-conomic.
You do not have to work with an E-conomic administrator, but if you choose to do so, E-conomic makes your collaboration with external accountants/bookkeepers easier than ever.
Do you have an Accountant?
If you already have an accountant/bookkeeper and they are already registered in E-conomic, you can select them from the Administrator list area under
the Settings tab in your E-conomic application. This list shows all of the accountants/bookkeepers registered in E-conomic.
If you already have an accountant/bookkeeper but they are not registered in E-conomic, they must
register as an E-conomic administrator by filling out this form before you can choose them in your system. Once they have been registered and approved, you will be able to select them from the Administrator list.
If you do not yet have an accountant or bookkeeper, you can choose one from the many Administrators already working with E-conomic. Give an administrator access
To
choose one of the accountants/bookkeepers in the Administrator list, click ‘Give access’ to the right of the person/firm you want to use.
After your confirmation, the ‘Give access’ icon changes to ‘Remove access’, and the selected administrator appears as the first name above the list area.
Access to your accounts
Once selected, your administrator may view your entries in the E-conomic system, as well as modify and add content.
This allows you to work with your accountant/bookkeeper on the same platform, thus avoiding having to collect the same information twice and working with paper documents, as well as saving time by working online whenever and wherever it suits you best.
From the system’s “Dialog” tab, you can together establish a division of labor, create lists, leave notes, messages and important announcements, and share any other relevant information you wish to record.
