Finance statements and key figures in E-conomic

With E-conomic’s report tab you can pull a number of financial reports and analyses presented in a structured manner to give you an overview of your business’ economy.

Key figures can be pulled out for the last 12 month or 3 last accounting years giving you an abbreviated P & L and balance sheet.

The Period total gives you a balance sheet report and a P & L, showing the movements on the general ledger accounts over a specified period and enables comparisons with previous periods and budgets.

The Trial Balance gives you the balances of all of your accounts within the chart of accounts.

Turnover statistics

Reports on your company's revenue against customer, product or employee. This can also show the cost and the gross margin.

Cashflow

With the Balance Sheet report you can get an overview of your company's assets, liabilities and equity at any given point in time.

Reports on aged debtors/ creditors

Aged debtors and aged creditors reports show the amount owed to you and by you respectively by any given date.

VAT reporting

VAT return gives you the statements needed for HMRC reporting. VAT variance report can be run in conjunction with your VAT return and VAT detail report. The VAT variance report highlights any difference in VAT entered against an account were the VAT code has been setup as a default against an account
