The purpose of our second online course for Administrators is to provide you with a complete overview of the E-conomic accounting programme.

This course involves a presentation of journal entries and accounting in E-conomic - with and without additional modules, debtor and creditor management, bank reconciliation, etc.

Bookkeeping in E-conomic

Our second administrator course is based on a presentation of the Bookkeeping tab in the E-conomic application.

It covers the following topics:

Daybook (review, setup, usage) Payments inc. exports to the bank Entries (find documents) Print to Excel / print, and Import and export features Salary and Automatic Bank Reconciliation

And also discusses:

Accounts Receivable (invoicing, reminders) VAT and VAT Reconciliation Report Examples of accounting by department and scanning API (integration options)

Major Benefits

After the course you will be able to keep records in E-conomic and have a knowledge of accounting principles and processes that include the dimension, prepayments and scanning modules. You will also be able to perform bank reconciliations, VAT reconciliation and reporting, and use integrations with payroll and banks.
