If you’re considering using or have recently signed up for E-conomic or would just like to know more about bookkeeping within the system - then this is the course for you!

Our Getting Started online course is an easy way to become familiar the basic E-conomic functionalities, including electronic invoicing and booking financial transactions.

A brief review

In this course we will provide you with an overview of the Settings, Bookkeeping, Sales, Report and Dialogue tabs. The presentation will include learning how to create an invoice and how to book payments.

You will also learn how to apply a default setup, which includes Chart of Accounts, daybooks, VAT codes and more.

We'll help you learn everything you need to get started - from setting up your customers, suppliers and products, to creating a financial year and running financial statements.

You will receive instructions on how to:

Select a default configuration Creating your first accounting year Creating your first customer, product and invoice Creating your first supplier, entering and matching payments Run reports
