For your benefit, E-conomic holds webinars on a regular basis

A webinar (short for 'web-based seminar') is an online presentation, lecture, workshop, or seminar that is transmitted over the Web.

Here at E-conomic, we hold webinars for both companies and administrators. Participation in E-conomic's online presentations (webinars) is free of charge.

Currently, we hold webinars for companies about getting started with E-conomic, Design and Layout, and both the Project Accounting and Stock Management add-on modules. We also hold two different webinars for administrators. Finally you have the opportunity to keep up to date with our Up to Date and Refresher Course.

Why a webinar?

What makes a Webinar so attractive is the interactive nature in the way it is run. It provides the ability to give, receive, and discuss information with all the participants.

The most important of these elements is that it allows for interaction between the host or presenter and the audience.

Benefits for the Audience

Participants are able to ask questions and get answers instantly in real time. As a participant, you will receive an e-mail prior to the seminar complete with course materials that will allow you to view the instructor's powerpoint slides before and throughout the session. That you can be connected with colleagues across borders, without the need for time consuming travel and a poor night's sleep. This 'online conversation' is kept civilized with a built-in function that allows you to 'raise' your hand when you have a question, rather than speaking in the midst of the seminar. A chat function is integrated into seminars that allow for an easier way for multiple participants to communicate.

Webinar Details

A chat function is built in so that participants may communicate with each other without being disruptive. The Webinar module appears on the side of the screen and it is used to highlight aspects of the screen or to allow the participants to all see the screen of the administrator (called screen sharing).
