Enhance client cooperation

Using e-conomic, tedious routines are at an end. Both you and your clients work on the same accounts via the Internet.

This means that you have access to the same data anywhere and anytime; that you can agree on a flexible distribution of the work and at the same time avoid having to send piles of files and ring binders back and forth between you.

Flexible cooperation

You can agree, for instance, that it is the client himself who is in charge of invoicing while you take care of booking entries. The client can also print reports, e.g. trial balance and VAT statement, while you are in charge of the VAT accounts and the annual report. The client might want to book the entries himself. Then you can "look over his shoulder" and check that what he is doing is correct. In other words, you decide on the distribution of work that suits you best.

 

Free access including administrator module

As an accountant or external bookkeeper you will be given an online administrator module where you have access to your clients' accounting data.

The module has the same flexible and easy-to-use interface as e-conomic. Apart from a company register in which you create and manage the clients using e-conomic, this system also enables you to create additional users, use your own default setups, import charts of accounts, etc.

The administrator module is included free of charge. If your clients subscribe to e-conomic, your access to their accounts is also free of charge.

 

Allow the clients to log on from your company website

If you have several clients who use e-conomic, you may allow them to log on to and log out from e-conomic on your company website.

We would be happy to help you to implement the login fields, which you can view in the top right corner of this page. You can also have your company logo shown in both the login dialogue box and in e-conomic.
