Scan in your documents into E-conomic as it suits you! Your documents don't need to be scanned at the same time as you book the entries in E-conomic, you can always store them and book them later.

Simply email them into the system to ensure they are secured your E-conomic Scanned Document Archive, and then link them to your entries later when you or your accountant has time.

The beauty of scanning your documents into E-conomic is that you no longer need to send your accountant the paper files by post for annual auditing.

Instead, your documents are linked directly to their corresponding entries in your agreement. This means you can always view your documents on screen from the ledger card or entries list and even print them out or e-mail them.
