Diginor Customer Relations connects technical data, customer data, wholesalers and E-conomic. During work, mechanics can easily access relevant information about customer/car, technical data, history, spare part purchases and booking calendar. You can furthermore import this information directly to the work ticket.
From the work ticket, you can look up the car directly at your wholesaler's and import any necessary spare part purchases to the work ticket. We offer links to Auto-G, Mekonomen, Au2poarts and FTZ. You can create a new car in the system simply by use of the model number. This automatically establishes the links to technical data and the wholesalers.
New customers are created through Eniro, by means of the telephone number.
Previously, I created invoices every weekend. Now they're already in the car when it's finished. Weekends... I relax.
When the work ticket has been filled out, I simply transfer it to E-conomic. Before I know it, I have an invoice. It's so easy!
Once car and customer have been registered in the system, all the links to wholesalers and technical data are created automatically. This saves a lot of time. The statistics function helps us keep our accounting up to date. We're never behind any more.
