A simple and practical app
The app connecting Salesforce and E-conomic is an affordable and flexible solution that can be easily tailored to fit your specific needs.
The solution synchronizes your customer and account data, carries over your product and price information from E-conomic, and then updates them in Salesforce.com automatically.
Customer data is transferred automatically
The pre-configured set-up integrates your E-conomic Customer lists with your Salesforce Accounts, providing for you a complete overview of your customer’s payment and sales history.
The app has many features that in turn provide you with a complete customer overview:
- All updates will be automatically transferred between the adjoining systems.
- New customers entered in E-conomic will be automatically entered in accounts in Salesforce.
- Inversely, new accounts created in Salesforce under the type ‘customer’ (this can be configured) will be entered as customers in E-conomic automatically.
- Prices and products from E-conomic are automatically transferred and kept up-to-date in salesforce.com.
- RapidiOnline also offers a free extention for Salesforce that will allow you to see customer sales and payment history, which are visible under each Salesforce 'Account'.

Utilize E-conomic data for campaigns and statistics
