webCRM is the solution for customers in any industry: IT, services, consulting, recruiting, travel, trade, telemarketing, etc.

With more than 700 customers, webCRM is the largest Danish provider of online CRM solutions. Many of these customers also use E-conomic, and as one of the first, webCRM has therefore created an app integrating the two systems.

Easy Access to Customer Data through Two-Way Synchronisation

In order to avoid double entries, all customers and items can be synchronised both ways.

Salespeople have access to data in E-conomic through webCRM, and customers who have not yet purchased a product or service are only listed as potential customers in webCRM. When they become customers, they are automatically registered as customers in E-conomic as well.

You also have access to relevant information about customer payments in webCRM.

One-Click Data Transfers

If you are already an E-conomic customer, you can transfer all your customers to webCRM with one click.

Later on, you can send customers created in webCRM to E-conomic, also with one click.

When you have selected a customer in webCRM, a single click will give you access to data on invoices and payment status.
