The program is easy to set up and use. The E-conomic app removes the need for double entry of invoices and makes it easy to follow up on accounting and budgets. In other words, Zedonk organizes your sales and production, while E-conomic takes care of the finances.

What Zedonk is about

In Zedonk, you can enter sales orders and then analyse by customer, manufacturer, product, colour or size so that the generation of purchase orders to suppliers for raw materials and production orders to manufacturers for products is just one click away.

Users can view projected stock, available to sell or ready to ship and pick & pack lists to send to the warehouse and export to pdf, word or excel. It will even handle split deliveries, a common hazard in the industry.

Generate fashion friendly documents by using the size and colour matrix unique to the apparel industry including Sales Order Confirmations, Proforma Invoices, Delivery Notes and Invoices - all customs compliant and fit for export all over the globe.

The E-conomic app provides a streamlined link between Zedonk and accounts. This gives you the benefits of speeding up your workflow and the transition to accounting whilst saving time and mimimising errors.

How do I get started?

Implementing Zedonk requires that you activate the E-conomic API add-on module in E-conomic and that you order a license at F2iT Ltd. F2iT takes care of the rest of the integration process.

During production, it’s easy to manage shortfall of fabric or cancellations and when you are finally ready to pick & pack, dispatch and invoice, Zedonk can do all of this as well including the dreaded export documentation. I know this sounds like a sales pitch but I cannot recommend it enough. We finally feel like we are in control of our business and you get great support and a forum in which to suggest improvements
