An easy to use solution for your webshop

Customer and product data, orders and payment information are transferred from your Webmercs webshop to your E-conomic account.

Webmercs makes it quick and simple to update your webshop and process your orders. Your suppliers can send information about products, stock figures and prices to Webmercs on a daily basis, and then this information will be updated and displayed in your webshop.

It is also possible for you to use the webshop in order to create a quotation for your customers as well as to enter e-mail and phone orders. From Webmerc's purchasing system, you are able to order products right from your suppliers.

Webshop orders are invoiced in e-conomic

When an order is created in the webshop, the order information is then transferred to E-conomic. This order information includes:


  • New customers
    Information about existing customers will be transferred to the accounts that you have already created. If a new customer enters an order into the webshop, their customer data is automatically transferred into E-conomic and the customer is registered automatically - all you need to do is approve the customer and enter in their credit and payment information.
  • Registration of ordered products
    All the products from your suppliers will be automatically registered and shown in your webshop, and you can easily add your mark-up to the suppliers' cost prices in order to create the sales price - the price that your customers will see in your webshop.

    When all of your products and prices have been registered in your webshop, you won't have to take the time to enter them into E-conomic as well. You only have to register the products that have been ordered. When a product is ordered in the webshop, it will be transferred automatically to E-conomic where it will be registered with the cost price and sales price.
  • Registration of sales order
    From the basis of customer registration as well as the registration of new products, a sales order is built in E-conomic. This sales order will contain all of the information about the customer and products that have been transferred from the webshop, and it will be completely ready to be invoiced and booked. Quick and easy!
  • Booking of purchase orders
    You will be able to automatically send the majority of your orders to your suppliers from Webmerc's purchasing module. The invoices that you receive from suppliers will include the webshop's order number so that you can easily reconcile your invoices.
  • Credit maximum
    In E-conomic, you can create a record of your customers and their payment terms and credits. You can then transfer this list to Webmercs, which will be able to keep track of whether or not your customers observe the terms.
  • Your personal stock
    As with credit maximum, you can create a record of your stock in E-conomic, which can then be transferred to Webmercs.
  • Credit card payments
    By default, Webmercs comes with the Paypal credit card payment system, to which you can add PBS payment solutions (the Danish Payments System). You can then transfer the data on credit card payments from your webshop to your E-conomic account.
