A time for change

Here at E-conomic, we are working to redefine the way that we offer support.

At this time, we are striving to offer the best service available by answering both general and individual questions for our customers. Because of this effort, the E-conomic telephone hotline has reduced it's service hours in order to allocate more time on enriching and improving our 24/7 online support.

New telephone support hours

We still offer the same individual support by phone from 10.00 am - 2.00 pm, and by email from 9.00 am - 4.00 pm, Monday through Friday each week. We only hope to improve and expand our online service, so that our customers may have instant and direct access to hundreds of help references and help videos in e-copedia.
