You can now filter the Turnover Statistics report by project. This gives you additional filtering abilities besides the existing options for filtering by customer group, product group, product, department and employee.
When you register time, the name of the project being registered on is now shown. Additionally, if you define your own holidays, these are now highlighted in red in the calendar, similar to Sundays.
You can now bar employees and thus hide them by default. This is particularly useful for employees who have left a company, but cannot be deleted – e.g. because time has been registered on them. This is similar to what has been implemented for e.g. barred customers and products.
When you register costs in day books, main projects can no longer be used to register costs, in the same way that it is not possible to register time or purchases on main projects. Further, the resulting entries now only sets the Project field on the 'contra account' side, and not on the other – typically supplier – side.
You can now define a customer contact on an individual project that can be used as 'Your ref.' on invoices for that project. This is a useful feature if the project contact is different from the normal customer contact.
When numbering cost type groups, up to 9 digits are now allowed to enable greater flexibility in numbering.
If defined, the fixed price for each project is now displayed on project cards. Also, project cards now show employee names instead of employee numbers, which makes it easier and faster to identify employees.
A warning is now displayed when linking subscribers to projects in cases where the project is for another customer than the subscriber.
Improvements to Small/Standard
In customer setup, you can now choose to use both product name and description as the text for invoice lines. A frequent customer request, this means that you can now display product name and description in the same column on invoices.
When booking invoices whose currency net total is zero, the exchange rate is now no longer ignored.
When importing data, files containing illegal characters (zero-bytes) can now be imported (these characters are simply ignored).
