Introducing E-conomic Chat Support

Now you can get the support you need by chatting with a member of the E-conomic support team online

Here at E-conomic, our goal is to make our support services as easy and accessible as possible. E-conomic is a completely web-based accounting program and we know that our customers appreciate web-based support services. It is therefore a great pleasure for us to release our new Chat Support!

How does Chat Support work?

Every weekday, the Chat Support will be available from 9:00 am to 4:00 pm. Outside of these hours, you can easily check if our support staff is online by going to the Chat Support webpage.

If a member of the E-conomic support team is online, you can click on the "Chat with us!" button. If no one is online at that time, you can still use Chat Support. You will have the opportunity to leave a message with your question that will be forwarded by email to the support center.
