We're ready with a new round of system improvements

With Market Package 52 from E-conomic, we provide you with new improvements for the Project Accounting and Stock Management modules, including further linking and search capabilities and much more.

Project Accounting enhancements

If you subscribe to the Project Accounting add-on module and have also activated the Scanning module, you can now link scanned documents to employee expenses. On the resulting expense voucher PDF, the scanned documents will then be shown as additional pages.

Using this functionality, you can link an expense entry to the documentation for the employee expense, in the same way that you link scanned documents to entries in day books.

Bug fix: When registering mileage, you no longer receive incorrect error messages that the date entered is in a closed accounting year or barred period.

Stock Management enhancement

You can now search by supplier number or name in the lists of current product orders, receipts and supplier invoices on the Stock tab. Naturally, you need to subscribe to the Stock Management module in order to benefit from this improvement.

This search functionality works in much the same way as with supplier and product lists elsewhere in E-conomic - and is of course particularly useful when you have large lists.

Various bug fixes

These are the most important bug fixes from Market Package 52:

Supplier payment export: When automatically generating day book supplier payment entries, AND combining many payments to the same supplier into single entries, the combined entry texts no longer lead to errors, but are instead cut off after 250 characters.

Scanning: When exporting scanned documents, the file is no longer limited to a maximum of 100 pages, but rather 100 documents– similar the user-definable setting which refers to documents per file.

API: When registering day book entries on the last day of a month, errors about the accounting year missing are no longer returned.
