Market Package #9

August's release of e-conomic updates contains a bundle of Report Designer fixes as well a selection of broadly relevant and requested features.

New department profit/loss report

A new report type, department profit/loss, is now available under the Report tab. The report is built up as a regular profit/loss report but with each department in a separate column.

Manual customer invoice

A new entry type, manual customer invoice, has been added, allowing customers to create customer invoices from Day books, i.e. without navigating to the Sales tab.

Import subscribers

In the subscription add-on module, an ‘Import subscribers’ function has been added.

In the exchange rate field, the number of decimals has been increased to 6. This is particularly relevant when booking in a currency that is worth significantly less than the default currency.

New currencies

Two new currencies have been added to the list, i.e. Mexican Pesos (MXN) and Kuwaiti Dinar (KWD).

Report Designer features

A fundamental change in the column definition structure has been implemented to make it more user-friendly. This means that the column type is now defined using two fields instead of only one, and a new period type has been added to the “+/- period” column.

• Copying multiple lines of text from e.g. Word is now possible
• Filtering on numbers now works with A+ ”code - account interval”
• "Julian calendar" and leap year issues resolved
• Distribution keys are now supported
• Bug in cell settings fixed
