Additional Project improvements
We've made further enhancements to the Project Accounting module
Following on from our last Market Package, Market Package 48 from E-conomic contains more improvements to the Project Accounting add-on module, including enhanced activity filtering when registering hours, as well as other updates.Better activity filtering
When registering hours, activities are now filtered in the 'Activity' popup based on the selected project. This means that only activities that are linked to the particular project will be displayed in the popup. Thus, you can no longer select activities not linked to the selected project, which would be disallowed in any case.
Default mileage added
In Project accounting -> Setup you can now choose a default setting for the 'Invoice mileage' checkbox for registering new projects. This is especially useful if you usually invoice mileage.
Set delivery locations on projects
It is now possible to set up a delivery location on projects, which will then be used for invoices for the project. This way, you only have to enter a delivery location once when creating invoices for a project.
Project export with all fields
When exporting projects, all fields are now included as part of the export. The fields added are: Status, Other person responsible, Exclude from searches, Invoice mileage, Your ref. and Delivery location.Additional currency
Chilean pesos (CLP) is now available as a new currency.Bug fixes
Various bugs have been fixed. The most important ones are:- Sorting of project card reports would not always work correctly. This issue is now fixed.
- The 'Select all' command, followed by de-selecting individual records, would sometimes not work as intended with the Firefox browser. This no longer causes problems.
