Improved import and export functionality

Upgrade alert! Market Package 39 is ready for you

Market Package 39 gives you access to enhanced import and export functionality along with customised sorting in entries reports. Furthermore, it is now possible to add a document to a quotation or an order.

Enhanced exports and imports

The customer export feature has been improved to include a range of fields that were previously missing. These fields include Public entry no., Credit maximum, Layout, Delivery location and County – as well as the following Stock-only fields: Discount group, Price group and Language.

Similarly, product imports have been improved to support particularly Stock-related fields not previously supported: Recommended price, Department, Category, Location, Gross weight, Net weight, Volume, Product discount group, Minimum stock and Minimum order.

Small/Standard enhancements

The entries report has been re-designed to enable customised sorting. A number of customers requested this feature, allowing them to force sorting by Voucher number or Date, for instance.

Users can now sort entries by all column headers (except Balance)

You are now able to enter multiple e-mail addresses – separated by a space – in the 'Invoice e-mail' field in the master information of a customer.

Scanning enhancement

By popular demand from our customers, complementing the recently-introduced ability to add a selected document to an invoice, this feature is now available for quotations and orders too. In line with the invoice feature, this requires that the Scanning module has been enabled.

Administrator enhancement

In Settings -> Administrators, it is now possible to find a specific, currently-registered administrator by simply clicking on the administrator's name or number. This makes it easier to look up the selected administrator for deregistration purposes or to display more information.

API enhancement

You can now create customer groups and supplier groups (these were previously read-only). This further enhances the possibilities of perform a full company setup using the API only.
