First free online accounting iPhone app beats Facebook

The free E-conomic iPhone app received more downloads than Facebook's free app

One day after online accounting system E-conomic launched its iPhone application, it was the most downloaded free business app and the 8th most downloaded free app - ahead of Facebook and the Angry Birds game - on iTunes. Two months on, the app has now been downloaded by a total of over ¬14,500 SMEs.
