Everything in one place

The Project Accounting module is fully integrated with e-conomic's General Ledger, Accounts Receivable and Invoice modules.

In other words, when hours, mileage and expenses are entered for a project in the Project Accounting module, and materials costs are booked in the General Ledger module, you can transfer them to invoicing and send the invoice directly from the Accounts Receivable module.

Everything is therefore incorporated into one system. This not only minimises the risk of errors, but also means less administration and more time for each project.

 

Hours on time

It should be easy to log time. The number of hours might otherwise be forgotten, be entered late and invoices could be halved.

An Internet-based solution means that you avoid this. You and your employees can log on to the module anytime, anyplace. All you need is access to the Internet, in the office, at customer premises or at home.
