E-copedia

In E-copedia there is a collection of guiding articles which are mainly text, along with the use of screenshots, examples, and a number of help videos which can teach you how to perform your bookkeeping using E-conomic.

The easiest way to go about finding the article you need is to navigate the menu on the left-hand side or use the search function that appears in the upper right corner. You will also notice that the articles are interlinked among each other in order to make it easier to find related topics and further readings.

E-copedia is the primary help source in text. The term 'E-copedia' originates from the combination of E-conomic and encyclopedia, and this help tool is available 24/7.

Feel free to use the "Share this" function if you would like to send an article or a help video to another e-conomic user or a friend.

Get involved
We have included an open discussion field to each online article where users can add comments and share knowledge with other users. We are implementing this field because we have noticed that users may very well come across tips and tricks in E-conomic that we have not found ourselves.

Help videos

Our staff noticed that they often visit YouTube in the search of assistance when working with Excel, Word or any other programs. We figured that this might be extremely useful to our own customers with all the benefits of help videos from E-conomic. Today, you can find more than 70 online help videos in English on YouTube.

We keep our videos fairly short and explain how to use most functions in E-conomic, such as how to create your first sales invoice or how to add a logo to your invoice.

Search function

The search function operates just like a Google search engine and covers completely all E-conomic online media. This means that you may get search results from a number of different sources such as our website, blogs, YouTube, and E-copedia.

Automated e-mails

You shall receive several automated e-mails from E-conomic with important information which will help you to get started with E-conomic. You will also receive e-mails from us when an add-on module is activated or when a new user is added to your agreement.

Our e-mails are strictly based on your actions in E-conomic and will help you get started with the new add-on module you have selected or provide you with tips and tricks on new enhancements or existing functionality which you may not be familiar with.

Your invoice will also be sent to the e-mail address that you have entered in E-conomic.

Using different e-mail addresses

Users have the option of using three different e-mail adresses in E-conomic:

- Your own company's e-mail address which is the one that is entered under master information. This is also where you will receive newsletters from us.
- The e-mail address of the superuser (or any additional user)
- Your invoice e-mail address which is where you will receive your invoice from E-conomic

It's up to you if you would like to use different e-mail addresses or you may simply use the same one for the three different purposes. Learn more about E-conomic's online help tools.
