Our hotline
What are the questions we offer answers to?
On our hotline you can always get a quick answer to any question about the basic version of e-conomic, i.e. the Settings, Bookkeeping, Sales and Report tabs.
In the case of special functions, for instance invoice design and add-on modules like Stock Management and Project Accounting, there may be some waiting time. In such cases we will make a note of your question and your telephone number and do our best to make sure that you receive a call from a consultant as soon as possible the same day.
What do we not offer answers to?
We cannot help you with questions concerning bookkeeping, such as where to book expenses, whether a PC can be written off immediately, how to book depreciation and amortisation, etc.
In such cases you should consult, for instance, an accountant.

Before you contact us, it is a good idea to have a look at the Help tab. Here you will find instructions for the entire basic version, among other things. You should also have a look at the Dialogue tab, where we upload messages providing answers to the questions most frequently raised on the hotline.

Our hotline is open from Monday to Thursday from 9.30am to 4pm and Friday from 9.30am to 3pm. The hotline is closed at weekends and on holidays.
