We have an agreement with Fujitsu and Compaq for hosting and maintenance. Under the agreement, data is stored on three different hard disks. If one hard disk fails, E-conomic is immediately run from one of the other hard disks.

Backups are taken 96 times a day, and the backups are stored for up to 3 months in a fireproof room in another building approx. 200 metres away from the operating environment.

In other words, you cannot lose data.

YES, E-conomic has an open data architecture. It is possible to import historical data.
The only requirement is that you can export the data in your present accounting system into to a comma-delimited file. Microsoft Excel can be used to create this type of file.

That depends on whether your accountant has been included in the list of the accountants and bookkeeping companies that are presently linked to E-conomic.

YES, you can do this with our API module.
API is an interface that enables integration of, for instance, a web shop with e-conomic.

This would enable, for instance, customer, order and invoice data to be exchanged in XML format between the two systems.

We go through the entire basic version, i.e. the Settings, Bookkeeping, Sales and Report tabs, and you will be given an opportunity to ask questions.

No, we leave that to the accountants, bookkeepers and the management companies.
We have, however, written a number of user guides with step by step descriptions of how you book expenses, create and enter invoices, prepare your VAT statement, etc., in e-conomic.

Our cooperation takes place with an external provider on the integration with a large number of banks in Europe.

Our support procedure for bank integration differs somewhat from the support we provide for the E-conomic application, but by working with AMC Banking, we will do our very best to provide the support you need.
