How we provide assistance

We have a variety of different support tools and most are online-based. For example, we have our own collection of online articles: E-copedia as well as our Youtube Channel. All of these functions are meant for self-service and are at your service 24/7.

Our goal is the creation of a support system in whole or in part that shall be:

simple to use, effecient, and fun always available 24/7 characteristic of a relationship; give customers the ability to participate and provide feeback

Just like the self-help at the Library

Just as you would expect from your neighbourhood library, friendly and competent service is a staple of the E-conomic culture. When we receive a phone call or an e-mail, our first response is to direct you towards the online tool that will best serve your purpose. We will ensure that you take the correct book home, but we do not read it for you.

Since most of our support is online-based, you have the capability to search through them similar to the way you would search for items at the library. Our job is to ensure that you have no problems navigating your way through links, functions etc.

There is a possibility that we may not be familiar with questions in relation to your accounts in your business, or in the industry in which you are operating. Any type of accounting/bookkeeping help would have to be directed towards experts in that field. We run the library, but we did not write the books in it.

In some situations, you might not be able to find an online tool such as an article or film that can assist you although we are doing our best to cover everything. In these cases, we will gladly assist you in other ways whether it be on the phone via e-mail. Then it is our mission to post the solution online so that other customers can be privy to the same information - whether it be by writing an e-copedia article, creating a help video, or both.
