Details about the invoice list in the iPhone app

The iPhone app invoice list allows you to see a complete overview of the invoices that you have on file.

The invoice list provides you access to:

Your current invoices Your unpaid invoices Invoices that are not yet due Invoices that are due

It also provide you access to:

Your paid invoices (period) Create and change invoices Book invoices Show invoices as PDF Send invoices to your customers

How to to navigate your invoices

To move between the above functions, you can use the lower-screen menu. If you wish to send an invoice, start by clicking on the booked invoice to open it. This invoice will be imported from E-conomic and opened as a PDF file.

When the PDF file appears on your iPhone, click on "E-mail" to open a new e-mail window with the invoice attached. In this e-mail, you will be able to write a message to the recipient. To send the invoice and your message, simply click "Send".

Remember: You can create default message texts in your iPhone.

Creating a new invoice

To create a new invoice, simply click the plus sign in the upper right hand corner of your iPhone screen.

You will then be able to create a new customer or choose one from your existing customer list. When you have chosen a customer, the invoice will be created and you will be able to add the invoice lines that you need. You can do this by clicking on "Add line", and then choosing the applicable products. You can enter e.g. the quantity, price and discount of the item.

By clicking on "Details" in the lower-screen menu, you will see the details of the invoice and have the ability to change the date of the invoice, etc. When your invoice is completed, click on "Book". This will complete and book your invoice. Then if you would like to send your invoice, it can be found under the "Show not paid" option in the menu.

Invoice as PDF: By "pulling" the image on your iPhone screen, you can zoom in on the invoice.
