The role of our support section is to provide help with using the e-conomic application. Our customer support is focused on showing the "how-to's" and leaving the "why's" for others. You can find explanations for all the functions within the software, either in
wiki articles or
movie clips.
Ever rented a car?
Our support can be compared to renting a car. We will gladly explain how the car works, how to use the different functions like the fuel you need or the windshield wipers, but we do not do the driving for the customer. Our responsibility is not to teach the traffic rules of the road that are applicable to your business. You can find out more about how we go about

What don't we help you with?
To continue the discussion above, we do not provide assistance with any accounting questions. There will not be any answers to questions regarding what accounts you can write off, etc. The support system is based primarily on a technical basis, working with e-conomic as an application.
Where can you find help with the things we can't?
If you require any other assistance than the type we provide, your best bet is to contact an accoutant, and/or auditor. The specialists in the accounting field are familiar with the rules and financial management and we offer an administrator list which shows you which accountants and bookkeepers already have at least one customer in e-conomic.
Who we help?
It makes no difference if you are an integration partner, administrator, current subscriber, or a demo user you will always have access to our support functions.
