We actually teach our own customers how to use the system based on their own information and data. In our experience, after just a few hours of training, even customers who have never worked with ERP systems before are fully capable of creating customers and products as well as invoicing and are able to choose their own layouts and formats.
What is unbelievable and the most satisfying part of it is that our customers think it's enjoyable. The structure of the system is created in a logical way which makes it easy for us to help our customers. We can get them started with things like recording hours and setting up subscriptions or stock management.
The fact that it is a standard system and not customized for individuals is a strength in our eyes. This ensures that our customers will not be dependent on the specific person who helped them create their modules.
It's affordable
It is quite common for us to see a customer switch to E-conomic after they have just invested in another system, because in addition to being user-friendly and full of features, it is almost guaranteed to save money for the customer in the end.
